Rethink Caring and Coping Course

The course is run over two parts and covers topics including the challenges of caring, communication and boundaries, looking after yourself and becoming an expert carer. We have had good feedback from the course we are currently running in Beverley.

Our next two courses are

Hull - 6th and 13th December 2017, 13.30-15.30, St Andrews Wellbeing Centre, St Georges Rd.

Bridlington, 7th-14th March 2018, 13.30-15.30, Old Parcels Office.
