Pensions Information Worker

Annual salary NJC scp 30, £12772
Hours of work: 18.5 per week
Office base:  Barton upon Humber

Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council has secured funding until 31 March 2009 from the Department of Work and Pensions to extend our highly successful Pensions Information Project.  The main purpose of the project is to deliver pension information to Voluntary, Community Sector and associated self-employed people in the Humber sub-region.  We are looking to recruit an additional, part-time member of staff to support this project.  Although your office base will be in Barton upon Humber, it is expected that you will spend most of your time working within the East Riding of Yorkshire. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is capable of building up contacts, providing information and delivering presentations to a wide variety of clients and can maintain appropriate records.

Highly developed communications skills are more important than subject knowledge as training can be provided.
