Job Vacancies at Carers Support Centre
Carers Support Centre currently have vacancies for a Carers Hospital Key Worker & Staff Liaison and a Service Delivery Manager.

22nd August 2016
Within North Lincolnshire we have 19,000 carers, with 4,684 carers providing over 50 hours care per week and we are currently supporting approximately 2500 carers in their caring role. Carers provide a considerable contribution to society and have a significant role as key partners in the delivery of care.
Supporting carers and keeping carers healthy, independent and well enables vulnerable adults and children to be supported at home and in their communities. In North Lincolnshire we want to commission and transform services so that carers can use their strengths and abilities to be more independent and be active citizens who help to build active communities.
We want to carry on the co-design work started as part of the development of the All Age Carers Commissioning Strategy. The next stage is to engage further with Carers, professionals, partners and providers to shape the future service.
We are committed to involving key experts in the procurement process; including carers who will be involved in the procurement evaluation panel thus ensuring carer views are central to the identification of a provider/s as well as shaping the service specification.
The current strategy and further information can be found on North Lincolnshire Council website
